Membership Sync

Everything routes into one membership record shared across every ministry that asks for it.

Concern Routing

A concern raised about a staff member routes to that staff member's supervisor first, logged as pastoral care rather than a complaint.

Discipline Case Files

Once a formal discipline process opens in Visitor, the case file is shared across every elder with access and stays open indefinitely.

See it work

Try Visitor.
See what it flags.

Badge in for a service you're about to miss. See what the engagement model assumes.

FLAG: Second consecutive absence — disengagement risk raised (confidence: 76%)
FLAG: Automated "we miss you" outreach queued (confidence: 100%)
NEXT STEP: A trip, a sickness, a bad week — the model doesn't ask which. It just starts the outreach.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Visitor asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It opens a file

A discipline case, once started, stays open and shared with the elder board with no automatic close.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"It works. That’s the honest review. It works exactly as advertised, and I think about that more than I expected to."

FAQ

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Visitor are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Visitor syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

A note from Jake

Somebody asked what happens to the data after Visitor logs it. I said I'd look into it. I haven't yet.
